Welcome to Let's Do Therapy, a podcast dedicated to mental health. As a person who has struggled with a mental illness majority of their life. I decided to create a space for those who've also struggled to share their story. I've been to individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. So in saying that I have an idea of how therapy goes. I may not be a mental health professional, but I don't feel as if I need to be to just simply to listen. So now that I said all that Let's Do Therapy!
