‘The Youthful Chronicles’ is a series very close to my heart. It is a series of topics where we’ll talk about mental health especially of kids, share youthful stories & some useful insights that can help you along the journey of being a parent to a teenage kid. I have a teenage daughter of my own and after seeing her win 50+ medals and work through puberty to achieve her goals - I feel like it has taught me so much and given me a unique experience and perspective that I now want to share with the world.
