Having fear and not being afraid

I talk about depression, anxiety and ptsd. I share my stories and things I go through in life. I do suffer from all 3. I wanted to do this pod cast as a way of letting things out. I've been in theraphy for almost 5 yrs now and I'm still having a hard time sharing with anyone what I have gone through. So I hope what I have to say can help some one. You are not alone.
