Vincent and Kendall take a look at the readings for Palm Sunday, which paint a beautiful picture of Christ the King, who was lifted up or exalted briefly by the Israelites on earth. However, the Gospel of John points to a different kind of exaltation, where the king is lifted up on a cross and glorified far beyond the palms of Israel.
