After much planning and a rewarding 46-year career working in the insurance industry, we would like to announce the retirement of Billy Bond. Billy will continue working through the end of this year and will remain a resource for Leavitt Group producers as needed thereafter.

What we see today in our sales culture is a direct result of the solid foundation Billy laid years ago. He brought us the Integrity Selling platform and organized the producer school we have twice a year. Working with the programming department, he pioneered the producer pipeline. Today he mentors, coaches, interviews, and brings this all with energy, excitement, and a voice of accountability. There will never be a question of Billy’s passion for sales, his passion for people, or his passion for serving others.

As Billy begins a new chapter in his life, let it be known that he has served well and faithfully across good economies and bad, and in smooth waters and storms. His contagious energy and enthusiasm will always be remembered along with the relationships he has established among colleagues throughout the years. His service and kindness are appreciated by many. It is an association we will always cherish.
