In this special episode, we are joined by Zack Bob Thompson to discuss Native American history and culture. We start by discussing his early introduction to Native American history as a child and how that sparked a lifelong passion for learning about their histories.

Zack shares his journey of pursuing a degree in Native American Studies, which deepened his understanding of the importance of community, language, and interactions among the culture. We discuss the significance of language as a carrier of culture and identity and the challenges of preserving it in the face of assimilation and displacement.
