The foster care and adoption process is already one that brings forth a range of emotions for all parties involved.  However, in some situations, it gets a little more complicated than others. Today, we are going to delve into the interesting  case that was brought before the Supreme Court:  Adoptive Parents v.  Baby Girl, as well as provide some education on the Indian Child Welfare Act and give some background information on that, as well.
