Jenifer Rogers is an executive with Asurion in Japan where she has lived for many years. She learned early in her career to advocate for herself and let people know how qualified she was to take on new opportunities.
Jenifer believes companies can help career women by helping them explain their ambitions. As a woman and foreigner, she serves on four Japanese company boards being where she feels empowered to share her views.
