Dr. Julia Heath has enjoyed a long and successful career in one of the most male dominated fields, Economics. She believes women need to use all of their experiences and stay open to what they are teaching them. Julia says all women will experience bias and it is important for them to find their voices. Her positive attitude is delightful as she uses humor to deal with gender micro-aggressions.
