Covid19 has most of us in a funk and I am no different. Pre-Covid19 I had a very solid daily routine and attainable personal goals. The last 45 days of lock-down have been a different story! In order to take charge - I came up with 10 goals that I will be doing DAILY for the next 30 days. These are very attainable and measurable and will allow me to get back on track.
