Chace Hawk, Reid Sanders, and Shawn Merzlak from the Hawk Law Group in Augusta Georgia talk about the best things that you can do when you're pulled over by a police officer. Using footage from FlexYourRights.org, they break down the DOs and DON'Ts of what to do when you're pulled over.

One topic that they focus heavily on is the difference between the letter of the law and how those laws are implemented, where some cities and states may have laws allowing or disallowing certain behavior at a traffic stop, but unless you know how judges have recently interpreted those laws, you shouldn't put yourself at risk just to prove a point.

Additionally, they talk about how to properly respond to a search request, show examples of how body language makes a difference, and Shawn - the former police officer - speaks from the officer's perspective to give you an idea of what they're thinking when they pull you over.

Do you agree or disagree with their advice? Know any "1st Amendment flexers" that like to try to make a point? In their opinions, the best place to WIN or LOSE the ticket, is NOT on the streets, but in the courtroom.
