As Christian men who grew up in the Philippines  we have this practice that whenever we want to pursue a woman we liked, we lay down our intentions and tell them our plans and vision of marriage. It's called manning up or in short "MAN UP!". Most men right now are just trying to test the water to see if the woman they like will feel the same way or not. Instead of taking some risks they want to play it safe.
