Understand that I've been to studying something for a little while now. And I'm starting to shape exactly what not to do....

This episode, I share about the journey of what it's like to do Standard company (Stand up comedy but, auto correct) i've finished my first year and i've learned a few things. Some would consider this stepping outside of my actor lane. I would argue this add weapons to my arsenal.

I dont go every day like the pros, but the depression and anxiety subside and I use the tools from therapy to push forward and be crazy enough to pursue my dreams. Pray for me
