Welcome to Waterdeep, the Crown of the North, where a wondrous tale of urban adventure is about to unfold. Our story begins with the gathering of adventurers at the Yawning Portal Inn and Tavern. Volothamp Geddarm, the famous explorer and raconteur, has a quest for them — one that entangles the characters in a bitter conflict between two nefarious organizations.&nbsp;
Joined by a mysterious gnome, the party begins to explore the seedy underbelly of Waterdeep. &nbsp;What they find is a case of mistaken identity, kenku scavengers, and ardent guards. &nbsp;From the middle of a gang war, the heroes set out to rescue a lost noble and maybe get paid.&nbsp;
