In this soft spoken sleep episode I visit a secluded Japanese inspired water garden and teahouse monastery.  A kind monk is my host serving tea and another tending to a rock garden.  Koi fish, striking colors of nature and the sounds that bring the mind back to calm define this beautiful garden.  There are rocky waterfalls and as always, animal friends found in their natural habitats. This magical place is a gentle environment that encourages reflection and meditation.
