 As a woman myself, I feel that it is my duty to empower women and make all women believe there is no limit to what a woman can achieve! 

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many coronavirus job loss, the unemployment rate is constantly rising in Malaysia and other parts of the world. It threw people into the valley of depression or even onto the brink of giving up. 

Because of this, the Women for Women Conference presented by A Cut Above and designed by High Flyer Asia is born. This project is a charitable initiative as an act of giving back to the society, the women in particular. With the project, the duo hopes to show their support for women in Malaysia during this difficult period. 

In conjunction with the conference, we will be launching a 2-month Online Hybrid Program leading the actual event in August. One of the highlights of the Online Hybrid Program would be the Career Masterclass that features over 50 career women from different industries sharing on their stories.
