The last time I put something out was when I was telling everyone Happy New Year!! I'm so excited to be putting stuff out again. This is a more personal episode where I'm trying to sum up so much in a small amount of time. There are some pieces of useful Psychology in this episode, along with some examples of how certain issues may manifest.
