Mike is the Chairman of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. a Quality of Life company he began in 1984. Mike is also the founder and Chairman of the Zeiders American Dream Theater (The Z) in Virginia Beach. The Z is a professional non-profit theater that provides creative opportunities for gifted artists while encouraging each member of the community to pursue their dreams – no matter what they may be.
