Over the past three years, the MN Timberwolves and Lynx have initiated bridging both business and basketball to impact DEI efforts internally and externally. From new employee resource groups, hiring practices to creating safe spaces for courageous conversations, and engaging in partnerships that uplift our communities, the intentional efforts continue to make a positive impact.
