How do we keep consistent?You set your mind on the things above, not on the things below. You remember who you are in Christ and who he is in you right now. You are raised and seated with him right now in the heavenly places. We need to find a way to make setting our mind on such things a habitual daily practice. That way we can keep our focus and filter everything through the lens of heaven.
