Joseph and our guest Americus Jones, Frosh-Soph Basketball Coach at Grant High School discuss the strategy and thought-process of coaching high school basketball. They talk about the importance of relationships with the players and being a counselor as much as being a coach. They also discuss how some parents want their student-athletes to play more than the student-athletes want to play and how parents hold their children back in school or start school later when they are young to have an advantage over other children.
