Jeremy Hickmans is the Director of Performance for The Apex Project, which provides performance consultancy, education and support services to a number of athletes across a wide range of sports. He currently works with organizations like Swimming Australia, Papua New Guinea national rugby league team and the Brisbane Lions AFLW.

He has been a High-Performance Manager within the NRL and international game for more than 14 years with a successful record leading elite multidisciplinary teams in the management and development of innovative physical preparation, such as medical and rehabilitation programs.

Jez is an avid traveler whilst also leading his acro-obsessed daughter in the pursuit of tumbling perfection.
