In this episode we focus on Latvian food. Every country has their own cuisine and food culture, and Latvia is no different. We share some of our favourite Latvian dishes as well as reminisce about trying some of the more unique dishes this country has to offer. As much as we would like to be Latvian and love living here… we will always be only ‘Kinda Latvian’. We are foreigners to this country but that has allowed us to experience or see Latvia from a different perspective. We want to share our experiences, stories and viewpoints on Latvia, Latvian culture and being foreigners in a different land. We hope this will be an entertaining listen and help people see a ‘kinder’ perspective and look for the positive in your home country, whether that is Latvia or somewhere else.
