John's story and all the others we are sharing are why TAAEF launched the Room to Grow campaign because little kids don’t say they want to be in the apartment industry, people tend to fall into it. So we’re raising awareness about all the opportunities that the industry has to share.    The Room to Grow campaign shares stories from those in our industry who have found not just a job but a career in the apartment industry.

The campaign includes a website (www.roomtogrowtx.org)
