The cocktail enjoyed in this episode is called the Wineville Sour. Recipe below:

WINEVILLE SOUR

1 oz. blanco tequila 
1/2 oz. agave syrup
1/2 oz. lime juice
Red wine (medium-bodied)

Combine first three ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Pour red wine over a bar spoon to float it on top.
