Ronnie Bazel was 19 when he was sentenced to a decade in prison under mandatory minimum laws for crack sales. With just two years to go he was stabbed in the heart by an enforcer for the Gangster Disciples, allegedly for running up a prison drug debt. Bazel's family was looking for answers when they received a letter from a convicted cop killer that accused the federal government of covering their tracks.
