With Riverland footy having the bye this week, we turn our attention to the SA Country Championships in Victor Harbor, where the Eastern Zone will do battle.

The team has a strong Riverland flavour this year so we chatted to Eastern coach Matthew Dent about how he thinks the team will fare.

We also run our eye over the lower grades of the RFL for the first time this year, plus a recap of all matches from last weekend.

It's the weekend, so let's Kick On!
