Kerry and Megan celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary on August 8th, having been married on August 8th, 2008 ♾

After leaving California in the midst of Proposition 8 being legalized to bar same sex couples from marriage, they found their haven in Canada and married on August 8th 2008, transforming 8 as a symbol of oppression into their eternal love for one another ♾
