Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment concerning the current status of State of Idaho v Stacy J. Wondra, dealing with the tragic Michael Vaughn case. The court has granted a change of venue from Payette to Canyon County, however, Mr. Wondra will "stay put" in the Payette County jail through jury trial. We discuss the reasons why in this presentation based on pure opinions, speculations, and commentary per the First Amendment.
