We were so thrilled to welcome Lizalet from BrisKids Nutrition to the podcast this week. She is an incredible lady, amazing Mum and extremely knowledgeable and experienced paediatric dietitian. She has been an absolute god send for our family with her extensive knowledge, understanding and caring nature in caring for our sons chronic disease; I just knew she would be a perfect fit for the podcast to answer all of our questions from lunch box ideas to quick and easy family dinners, yes only one dinner – not five, and some insight in to the very common world of allergies and intolerance that many of us are experiencing in recent times.
