Telling the untold stories of American families affected by U.S. Family Court and CPS corruption: JSU speaks with Blue Earth County, MN mother, Rachel Benes and how a ridiculous argument over a laptop among two brothers fractured their family over the last seven months. Benes is the mother of four children. A 21-year-old daughter who CPS is forcing out of Bene’s home because “she is too old to live at home,” a 17-year-old with renal failure, and two other siblings who are currently in foster care.
Her eight-year-old son, who is Autistic, and her thirteen-year-old daughter are currently in foster care. CPS continues to refuse to return her children unless she makes a choice between her children. CPS forces parents to choose between which child a parent will choose to keep in order to keep the rest is a common method of operation that is a focus of our reform movement.
