As Peter Nygard is making headlines again this week, we thought it would be useful to run an encore edition of our interview with Timothy Sawa. In this interview, Timothy discusses the allegations against Nygard, how Nygard wielded his power to cover up his alleged crimes, and some of the current civil and criminal proceedings pending against Nygard.

Timothy is a journalist and producer for the CBC's the Fifth Estate. For over 10 years, Timothy and his colleagues at the Fifth Estate have investigated sex trafficking and sexual assault allegations against Canadian fashion designer, Peter Nygard. Timothy chronicles this investigation in a new podcast called Evil by Design, available now.
