In our pilot episode, Ada and I explore the nuances of Coronavirus and society's mental health. We take a few moments and focus on our fellow healthcare providers/caregivers and explore how we manage, or are challenged, by the toll of caregiving during this unprecedented time.  The discussion then explores the aftermath of Coronavirus, and normalizes the anxiety that follows as business reopen and a new "normal" begins to take root.
