Angela and Darian sit down with new SAES Manager Ben Jacobs.  Ben has served in many roles during his time at SAES in addition to attending SAES schools himself.  Ben applies the engineering spirit to all of his projects and once even dreamed of being an astronaut.

Paola chats with Angela about her country Colombia which she describes as incredibly rich and poor at the same time.  Paola has strong feelings about the past and future of her country and marvels at Colombians' ability to find happiness through it all.
