I'm simply expressing my experience working in a (TOXIC) work environment how to keep my head, held high and to keep pushing through. Until I'm  at the space I aspire to be in key indicators that you might be in a unhealthy work environment maybe. Poor communication, Nothing is done about disciplinary problems, Your boss makes exceptions for others and not you. Gossiping co- workers etc, etc...
