After losing 25kg following Oscar’s birth, I went through such a journey of rebuilding my confidence, my habits, and my relationship with my body. And now, being pregnant again, I’ve had to face a whole new layer of surrender, trust, and perspective.
I’m sharing honestly about:
How it feels watching your body change again after weight loss
The mindset shifts that have helped me stay grounded
How I’m staying healthy without restricting myself
Letting go of control and choosing trust instead
Honouring my body for what it’s doing, not just how it looks
Why it’s OK that I still want to feel strong, fit, and confident during pregnancy and postpartum
And why it’s OK that taking care of my body is important to me
This isn’t about “bouncing back.” It’s about supporting yourself, respecting your body, and allowing both acceptance and ambition to coexist.
