Climate change and how it will impact the world has been in the forefront of media as humanity is starting to realise how climate change will effect our way of living, with rising sea levels to extreme weather conditions. Will we be able to prevent this from progressing any further and even reverse it? We are joined by two guests, Alex Hoeper and Lahiru Wimalasuryia. Alex has been working on some projects with Beyond Zero Emissions (a climate change think tank) and has been heavily involved with climate change protests and rallies in an attempt to highlight climate change in discussions and bring this to the forefront of peoples minds. Lahiru has been talking about sustainable living since the first day we met and is always trying to open discussions in the workplace and trying to create a social change within the people around him. This episode we discuss what the government is doing to enact change, what industry is doing and what we each can do individually to assist with this global problem.
