Anastasia herself went through building a massive growing on Instagram, becoming addicted to social comparison and developing a heavy eating disorder. Today, she shares how her life has changed for the better after deleting social media and stopping social comparison for good. We discuss the power of self-reflection and living a curated life. We talk about benefits of limiting your daily intake of news and why there is an infinite number of supply of opportunity. We elaborate on why Design and Mental Health are so closely connected. We detail physical, digital and mental environments and discuss how to curate such for a better functioning society.
