welcome back to another episode! Summer 2022 has officially begun, and I wanted to have a girl chat moment about some difficult topics such as body image and hangxiety, which are two topics that come to mind when I think of summer. I wanted this to be a vulnerable and open space for those going through something similar and I just wanted to share with this community that if you have ever experienced these things yourself, that you are not alone. Here are some of my tools and tips that I use to navigate these issues, however please recognize that this is my personal experience and things that work for me, and to seek help from a professional if you feel the need.
