I am currently sitting in my corporate-approved office chair, wearing my professional armor of structured neutrals and feeling the weight of being in a box that doesn't quite fit. This week has been a relentless blur of shifting between two worlds that couldn't be further apart. During the day, I am navigating the mundane systems of my 8-to-5, but every second of my lunch break and my evening is dedicated to a high-stakes creative rebellion. I’m trading my corporate camouflage for a vivid explosion of white and red, hand-detailing an outfit that feels more like my true uniform than anything I’m allowed to wear to my desk. In this episode, I’m talking about the psychological toll of keeping your creativity "undercover" in environments that don't always respond well to it and the exhausting, beautiful race against the clock to have my concert outfit ready. With only a couple weekends left and about 300 rhinestones still waiting for their place, I’m counting down the hours until I can finally shed the mundane and step into the person I’ve been building, one stone at a time.
