Real Madrid eliminated PSG in an exciting match at the Santiago Bernabéu, yet what it ended up doing was exposing more of PSG's shortcomings than in a project that is now deemed a complete and utter failure.  It was a clash of mystique versus high profile in which Madrid's history overtook anything that PSG had and the French side's lack of courage showed the adversity of the moment instead.
