Okay Boomer.... I just discovered NFT's and here I thought Digital Assets were restricted to cryptocurrency only. NOPE. The idea of 1/1 tracking of digital goods sounds wonderful. That's an idea that has legs. However, paying 30ETH to buy an 8-bit cryptopunk sounds silly. Meanwhile, Bill Gates keeps buying up farmland. Anyway...
It seems like we're living in a world where people are avoiding real problems and instead are happy to make money being the product in our hunger games model of society. Not everyone, obviously, but Ready Player One VR is going to be a real problem for us in the currently developed world.
