Who said older movies are too slow? This week on the pod we watched 1983's Golgo 13: The Professional, the first anime adaptation of hitman Golgo 13 and the first anime to use (beautiful, smooth) computer graphics. It's an over-the-top male fantasy that (almost) never stops moving or being hilarious. We also talk about foreign languages, what an otaku really is, and our first videogames. |
