Pete Murray joined us to explain the details of the upcoming Trump Impeachment Trial.  Pete’s experience as a Deputy Attorney General and Assistant District Attorney gives him keen insight to the legal and procedural aspects for the senate trial.  We discuss the Constitutionality of the impeachment, how the senate trial is different than a criminal or civil trial, and the likelihood of the senate actually convicting.  We also discuss the future of the Republican and Democratic Parties and the potential for a new third party to emerge out of this process.
