Today, John analyzes a case of home invasion and rape. Roberto De­trinidad com­mit­ted the crime in Au­gust 2013, was ar­rested in Sep­tem­ber 2014 and con­victed of the as­sault in June 2016. He recently won his parole board hearing and is set to be released from San Quentin State Prison by May 5th.
