Patricia Hirschnerová is this year's Forbes 30under30 and a proud mother of 2 under 2. She is a Nexteria Leadership Academy alumni on a mission to create win-win dialogues where they are most needed. Her passion for data-enabled conversations led her to a dream job in a tech startup. She then decided to take a career break when Eva, her first daughter was born. Knowing her employer is very open to flexible workers, she felt confident about taking the break and soon realized that in Slovakia, this scenario is still more of an exception than a rule. She then co-founded "Pracujuce mamy" (Working mothers) with Terezia Mihalikova where now a team of 6 is working with both companies and returning professionals to help them achieve win-win situations.
