After graduating with a linguistics and economics degree from FU Berlin, Heike Rosenberg worked for the German health insurance IKK Suedwest, including 10 years as a HR manager. She also led the expert group on work-life balance. In early 2019, Heike founded Heike Rosenberg Consulting on a part-time basis focusing on competency management and development consulting with organizations. She also works as a coach, ProfilPASS consultant and speaker focused on competency development, in particular on family competency. Since February 2020 Heike has been the HR Business Partner at proAlpha Business Solutions GmbH.
