Adam Bautista is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt and instructor at Fit 2 Defend Academy in Lake Bluff, Illinois. Greg and Russ dropped in for the Thursday class joined by black belts Scott Gave and Blake Klassman as well as purple belt and friend of the podcast Sali Leonhart.
