As our "flop" of summer blockbusters, Mystery Men bombed at the box office, not even surpassing half of their $68 million budget. With a star studded cast, and based on Bob Burden's Flaming Carrot comic, this movie was highly anticipated in the summer of '99. While first time director Kinka Usher showed glimpses of a great concept, ultimately the film fell short of budgets and expectations. 

Let's host a backyard pool party, hold superhero interviews on a foldable table, team-build on the Tony Robbins fire walk, and take our unique talents of silverware hurling, bowling, shoveling, deadly flatulence, and incompetent invisibility to save the city from the interim Captain of the Black Pearl... I mean Casanova Frankenstein.
