You may think that this movie is the first time we see a live action Thor on the big screen, and you would be wrong. Thank the 1988 Incredible Hulk telemovie for that one. While not difficult to follow up, certainly translating the pages of wonder from comic book to cinema was quite the challenge. Fortunately, this film roped in a terrific cast, and with combining magic, technology, and myth this paved the way for this character to have over a decade of appearances in the MCU. One drawback though, the eyebrows are bad.
